​Dental insurance plans play a big role in providing dental care for children and adults. That's why we keep up with the latest insurance coverage and trends and do our best to help you maximize your dental coverage for  dental implants and root canal cost.

We accept assignment of benefits, meaning we bill your dental insurance company and accept payment from them on your behalf. This means that you don't have to wait for your insurance company to pay you back for the treatment you received. However, please keep in mind that your insurance plan works in accordance to the agreement that you have with them; and that we are not responsible for the coverage or dental insurance plan that you may have. We direct bill insurances for minor procedures but not major procedures.

We would be glad to get in touch with your insurance company for you. We can send a Pre-determination to your dental insurance company to know how much a procedure will cost before your appointment.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will do our very best to accommodate you and your schedule. However, should you need to cancel an appointment, please allow us ​2 working days notice. This will help us give an appointment to another patient in need of care. A financial charge to your account may occur if you don't give us a heads up.

At Place Dental, we give every effort to stay on time. If you do arrive late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule so that other patients in need of dental care are seen on time.
